If you have an idealista account, click “Log in” (in the upper right corner of your screen) and enter your email and password. Once you’ve logged in, click on “Settings” and “Manage notificationes” (in the green header) you can deactivate each notification and new property listing alert you receive from idealista.

You can cancel the subscription to the weekly summary in the “idealista/news” section.

If you don’t have an account with idealista, enter in idealista and in the idealista/news section (below) you’ll see a box where you can enter your email. Enter your email address (where you receive the summary) in the box and click on the “Cancel” link.

You can also remove your saved searches and no longer receive notifications for new properties via the page “Your searches”. There you can delete the search, deactivate instant alertss or deactivate the daily summary of each one.

How to cancel your listing

To cancel your listing, click “Log in” (in the upper right corner of your screen) and enter your email and password. Once you’ve logged in, click on “Your listings” (in the green header).

If you have a listing, click on “Deactivate your listing”. If you have various listings, select the one you want to deactivate and click on “Manage your listing”. On the page for the listing you want to cancel, click “Deactivate your listing”.

You can also cancel the listing by phone, calling us from one of the phone numbers in your listing. We recommend that you cancel your listing after it is sold or rented in order to stop receiving calls or messages and prevent users who are looking for a home from wasting their time.

If you are Private Advertiser (whether you have used the free property publishing service or the paid service), we hereby inform you that if you request to delete your idealista account, we will keep your telephone number in a blocked state from the deactivation date of the last of your listings up to the legal time-barring period (6 years). During this period, we retain the right to carry out security checks to ensure the correct working of our services.

How to unsubscribe your account on idealista

To unsubscribe your account on idealista access via “Log in” (top right corner of your screen) with your email and password. Once in your private area, click on “Settings”, under the section “Manage notifications” you will find a link to unsubscribe. You can also do this via the “Your profile” section, where you will find the same link in the lower section.

Click on “Delete your idealista account”, on the following page you will find all the listings, services and subscriptions you have on idealista. You will have to unsubscribe from all of them and then click on the “Yes, unsubscribe my account” button.

Bear in mind that this action is not reversible. Once you click on the button to unsubscribe your account, you will lose all the information you have, and you will not be able to recover it. You will not have access to your saved searches and messages, you will lose your published listings and your favourite or discarded listings.
