At idealista, we do not allow offensive content to be broadcast or published in listings. For this reason, in our General Terms and Conditions in point 4, Conditions of use and responsibility for use of the Website and Apps, we include a section with all the content that cannot be published.
At idealista we try to protect our users and we take cases in which we are informed of any type of offensive content very seriously. Therefore, if you detect this type of behaviour in any of the listings that individuals or professionals have published on the platform, you can report it. To do so, we have put at your disposal a form to report errors that appear in the detail of the listing and, you can also report inappropriate content by contacting us through any of our attention channels.
When our quality control team receives a communication of this type, it will investigate it and take the necessary measures to eliminate such behaviour on the platform. In this case, we reserve the right to unilaterally cancel the access, use and/or registration of any user or advertiser who has carried out this sort of behaviour at our discretion and without prior notice.
