Forgot your password? If you are browsing the website, enter your email address on this page to recover your password. We will automatically send you an email with a link to reset your idealista password.
If you are a user of the app, go to the menu “enter your account” and then choose the option “You have forgotten your email or password”. Once there, after entering your login email, we will automatically send you an email with a link from which you can set a new password.
If the page confirms that the email has been sent but you do not receive it, check that you have not installed any spam or junk mail filters and that it is in your junk mail folder.
If not, it may have been blocked directly by your email provider. To make sure you can receive them, add the address noresponder@idealista.pt to your contact list as an additional contact and then request to receive it again. It is important that you do it in that precise order 😉.
