According to our General Conditions, individuals or entities acting as real estate agents, professional agencies, or for professional purposes are required to publish exclusively through a professional profile.
If we detect that a User with a professional profile is also operating with a private account, we reserve the right to:
• Temporarily or permanently block the private account.
• Maintain only the professional profile active for real estate intermediation activities.
This measure is applied to ensure transparency, proper identification of Users, and compliance with our Conditions, preventing private accounts from being used for professional purposes.
