When you move in, you pay the monthly rent plus the deposit. When you move out, you must give 1 month's notice. If you do not do so, you lose the deposit. No pets, no smokers, no visitors. The owner lives in the house but has their room upstairs and values their privacy very much, just as they respect the tenant's.
Single room. If there are two people, 500€.
