An expanding Algarve
This is already the third real estate project launched by Vilamoura, with three more planned to be launched by the end of 2024, as explained by Nuno Banha, Director of Vilamoura Properties:
“The Nine joins Natura Village, which is almost 50% sold, and Vilamoura Parque, which currently has only five units for sale. These projects are very different from each other in terms of locations, types, sizes, and prices, but all reflect the quality of the housing offer in Vilamoura, whether for living, vacationing, or investing,” the director explains.
Interested parties can already schedule a visit to The Nine’s model home with Vilamoura’s sales team, the company states in a press release.
