Following the success of ÉLOU, the property developer SOLYD Property Developers (SOLYD) has launched a new residential project in Santo António dos Cavaleiros, in the municipality of Loures, on the outskirts of Lisbon. Named ÉLOU JARDINS, the private condominium will consist of 304 apartments spread across 19 buildings, with a total construction area of 54,442 square metres. The project will come to life following an estimated total investment of €115 million.
"In this first phase, we are starting the sale of Block A, which consists of seven buildings, with a total of 106 apartments ranging from T1 to T4," states SOLYD in a press release, adding that the units will have private gross areas ranging from 73 to 239 square metres, with balconies and terraces of up to 89 square metres.
"The 19 residential buildings share a large private leisure area. In this outdoor space, with lawns and a swimming pool, rest and tranquillity are the main hosts. Additionally, the project offers a fully equipped gym, a multi-purpose room, and decorated atriums. The private parking is underground and includes pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, parking spaces for people with reduced mobility, and bike parking," reads the statement.
The new condominium, adjacent to ÉLOU, was developed and designed by the team led by Architect Cristina Rocheta from SOLYD. It features excellent finishes, generous windows and balconies, an outdoor pool, a gym, a private garden, a multi-purpose room, and decorated atriums, as stated by the property developer.
Quoted in the document, the management of SOLYD reveals that it "remains committed to developing real estate projects tailored to contemporary lifestyles, with generous outdoor spaces."
The marketing of the development is being handled by the real estate agencies Castelhana, ERA, and Porta da Frente, says the property developer, highlighting that, as with all of its projects, sustainability is a key concern, with reducing environmental impact being a priority.
