It is called Devesa Home Living and is a closed condominium with eight luxury villas of typology T3+1, with the possibility of placing a pool, which will be born in Vila Nova de Famalicão, next to the city park. Each villa will occupy a gross area of 418.50 square metres (m2), Medium, the real estate agency responsible for marketing the properties, said in a statement.
"With an enviable location, the Devesa Home Living enterprise will be a condominium of reference in Vila Nova de Famalicão," says Pedro Fernandes, commercial director of the mediator, quoted in the note.
According to the company, in this first phase the first five houses of the development are for sale, and the remaining three will be marketed at a later stage.
"With the project prepared by the architect Ricardo Pontes, Devesa Home Living will be built by Noba, a construction company based in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão," reads the document. Note that the construction work should start during the second quarter of 2022 and last 18 months, so the first houses will be delivered at the end of 2023.
"Devesa Home Living will provide residents with a life based on quality, comfort and distinction. They will be high standard constructions, with high quality materials and rigour in the finishes," adds Pedro Fernandes.
