Prices start at 400,000 euros and go up to 3,250,000 euros. The architectural project was designed by Atelier Saraiva + Associados.

The construction of Serenity is being carried out by the engineering and civil construction company TPS – Teixeira, Pinto & Soares, while the promotion is the responsibility of Fercopor, a real estate developer that has made a total investment of 100 million euros in the two projects: Serenity, which is just starting construction, and a second development that will begin sales in July.
"Having already established a history and solid experience in the luxury housing segment in the North of Portugal, it was natural for Fercopor to want to invest in the Algarve as well. We aspired to reach new geographies and tap into new markets, particularly international ones. These objectives are not only being achieved but will be further strengthened with the new project," reveals Mário Almeida, Administrator of Fercopor, in a statement.
He highlights the "great interest in the Algarve, and particularly in Vilamoura," from both "national and international audiences," as "the prime location and the very dynamic yet close-to-nature lifestyle are distinctive factors."
"The prestige of the location gives us confidence to move forward with the new project in Vilamoura, which will also represent what, for us, best distinguishes Fercopor's projects: an excellent location, with impeccable delivery, from architecture to construction and finishes," concludes Mário Almeida.
