Natura Village, a project consisting of 26 houses in Vilamoura, the Algarve, is in its final stages of construction and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025. Situated amidst golf courses and a 170-hectare Natural Park, this development is perfect for those seeking to live in harmony with nature.
In total, there are 12 three-bedroom homes and 14 two-bedroom homes, set on plots ranging from 320 square metres to 785 square metres. Each villa has a garage and a private pool. The bedrooms and living rooms are oriented towards the terraces and gardens.
From Portugal to Eastern Europe: a project attracting attention
Launched in June 2023, Natura Village has already sold 50% of the units in its first phase. Half of the buyers are Portuguese, while the other half are foreigners, mainly from Eastern Europe.

The design and decoration, handled by the architecture studio Pureza Faria Blanc Interiors, play a crucial role and may help explain the success of the sales, as noted by the lead designer, Pureza Faria Blanc. “It’s quite evident that in the main rooms, each piece of art serves as the starting point for the rest of the decor, with art being perhaps the biggest investment in the decoration of this project. We believe it makes a significant impact and adds a unique personality to each space.”
With the success of the first phase, a show home has recently been opened for visits. Natura Village will have two additional phases for sale, one featuring terraced houses and the other with plots for detached homes.
The inspiration behind the project's name
As the name suggests, Natura Village was inspired by nature. The use of earthy tones on the exterior facades and patterns reflecting natural elements stand out.
Nature is thus deeply integrated into this development, coexisting in perfect harmony with the urban environment of Vilamoura. Future residents will have access to several walking trails and cycle paths, connecting them to the town centre, the beach, and the marina, all just 10 minutes away by bike.
