idealista is the 20th most used website in Portugal, according to the page similarweb.com that in October analysed the number of visits, the visit duration, the bounce rate and other technical parameters of all websites in Portugal.
Looking at the Portuguese websites, only seven (almost all media) are in a superior position to idealista: sapo.pt, olx.pt, abola.pt, noticiasaominuto.com, iol.pt, record.pt, publico.pt and cmjornal.pt. The other most visited sites are of international origin, being mostly search engines, social networks and pages with pornographic content.
The study also analyses the level of use of real estate marketplaces worldwide, placing idealista Portugal in the 45th position of the international ranking.
In relation to real estate portals, the most used in Portugal are, in order of importance: idealista.pt (20), Imovirtual (40) and Casa Sapo (188).
Apart from Portugal, idealista operates in Spain and Italy, occupying the 18th and 45th positions of the most visited sites in each of these countries, respectively.
