The Wyndham Grand Algarve Residences, a new luxury apartment development in the south of Portugal, consists of 132 apartments, a spa, gym, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a kids club, golf course and tennis court, among other facilities. These new, luxury apartments are located in Quinta do Lago in the Algarve, Portugal. Marketed by Sotheby's International Realty, the project is the result of the conversion of Monte da Quinta Resort, after having been purchased by the North American group Wyndham Grand, and aims to meet the "enormous demand for luxury apartments in this area of the Algarve". It promises to offer guaranteed returns of 3.5%.
The apartments are fully furnished and ready to live in with one, two and three-bedroom typologies (T1, T2 and T3) available, with areas ranging from 79m2 to 330m2. Wyndham Grand Algarve Residences is a brand of the Wyndham Grand Hotels & Resorts group, currently comprising 9,000 hotels and 20 different brands, being represented in 80 countries.
