It consists of five apartments: two two-bedroom units, two three-bedroom duplexes, and one four-bedroom apartment with a garden and swimming pool. All units are equipped with a central heating/cooling system and storage rooms. The two-bedroom units come with one allocated parking space, the three-bedroom units have two, and the four-bedroom unit includes three parking spaces. The sizes of the apartments range from 118 to 237 square metres.
Andaluz 11 was designed to maximise natural light, featuring large panoramic windows and spacious balconies with views over the capital. Sales have already begun through In Loco Investments, with prices ranging from €960,000 to €2,500,000. The handover of keys to future residents is expected in September 2025.

Andaluz 11 emerges after a renovation of a pre-existing building from the late 19th century, located in the Santo António district, in the centre of Lisbon, near Marquês de Pombal and Eduardo VII Park.
