The parish of Parede, located in Cascais, has just inaugurated a new residential condominium comprising 42 apartments, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units and penthouses, on the site previously occupied by the historic Quinta da Corriola.

Named Parque Atlântico, this premium development spans a total area of 8,000 square metres, close to the beach and surrounded by green spaces, representing an investment of €28 million. Featuring elegant design, the apartments are spread across five floors and were all sold before construction was completed.

Boasting contemporary architecture, the development offers residents a wide range of family-friendly amenities, including a wellness centre with a spa, solarium, gym, and swimming pool. There is also a children's playground for younger residents to enjoy unforgettable moments, as well as parking facilities with pre-installed wiring for electric vehicle chargers.

Parque Atlântico is a joint project by Grupo Legendre and Arqsize. Telmo Carriço, Director of Legendre in Portugal, stated in a press release that the company’s goal was “to create a development that is more than just a place to live.”

“This is a premium condominium designed for comfort, filling a gap in the market for new-build properties in this sought-after area. The location itself is a key factor in Parque Atlântico’s appeal,” he added.

Telmo Carriço also highlighted the condominium’s strong connection with nature, emphasising that it is “a project that contributes to consolidating Grupo Legendre’s presence in Portugal.”
