A new residential development is under construction in the historic Graça neighbourhood of Lisbon. Named Terraços do Monte, it comprises 15 apartments, with two- and three-bedroom layouts, as well as two five-bedroom penthouses. These residential units are spread across seven floors.
The project's history dates back to 2016 when Vanguard Properties acquired it from Vision Real Estate Solutions (VRES), marking the real estate developer’s entry into Portugal.
The building, designed by ARX Portugal Arquitectos—the firm behind the award-winning Castilho 203 project—combines outstanding architecture with exquisite interior design by Gracinha Viterbo. It is expected to be completed in 2027.
Future residents of this development will enjoy breathtaking views over Lisbon and the south bank of the Tagus River, thanks to its prime location near the Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte, São Jorge Castle, and the National Pantheon.
Every space within Terraços do Monte has been designed to the highest quality standards, from materials and finishes to fittings. In addition, the development offers a wide range of services and amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a garden, a gym, a sauna, a wellness centre, a Turkish bath, 24-hour security, and a personalised concierge service.
This project is being marketed under a co-exclusive agreement by Dils and JLL and is promoted by Vanguard Properties.
