With a surface area of 250 square metres, which is 2,691 square feet, a state-of-the-art domotics home automation system, a spa on the ground floor for residents of the building, among other luxury features, this penthouse stands out for its "infinity swimming pool overlooking the Eduardo VII Park and a view that extends to the Tagus River", as reported by Visão.
