Near the charming fishing village of Ferragudo, in the municipality of Lagoa (Algarve), Pestana Residences is launching its latest real estate project. This premium development will offer 226 apartments and 91 plots for the construction of detached villas, with the first homes due for completion in early 2027.
Named after its location, Pestana Ferragudo Village will provide a variety of housing options to suit different lifestyles in the Algarve — from apartments with private gardens and swimming pools, to penthouses with rooftop pools, as well as exclusive plots for bespoke villa projects.
In total, Pestana Ferragudo Village will feature 91 villa plots and 226 apartments, arranged across six clusters, and will also include its own golf course. Construction is already underway, with completion expected in 2027.
Located just one kilometre from Ferragudo, this high-end residential development has been designed by architects Gonçalo Salazar de Sousa, Rui Pinto Gonçalves and Miguel Passos de Almeida, with a strong focus on blending into the surrounding landscape and promoting sustainable building practices.
“Pestana Ferragudo Village is more than just a property investment — it’s a natural continuation of what Pestana Residences has been creating for decades: places where people can enjoy a high quality of life, in harmony with the land, architecture and sustainability,” says José Roquette, board member responsible for development and real estate investment at the group.
This premium residential project is the latest example of Pestana Residences’ ability to combine over 50 years of hospitality expertise with a solid track record in residential tourism. The value of the investment, however, has not been disclosed.
