There are new luxury homes that are coming to the residential market of Porto. The real estate promoter Fercopor is giving cards to this market betting in 2 enterprises in Boavista and another one in Vila do Conde. All in all, 73 new homes will be placed on the market as a result of a 25 million euro investment.
With Grande Porto in the background, Fercopor gives gas to the investments planned for 2022. In the city of Porto, specifically in Boavista, the real estate developer of the Ferreira da Costa family has two ongoing projects. One of them is the commercialisation of the Enlight enterprise, which puts 20 flats on the market with a construction period of two years. Another is the start of construction of the Ciríaco Cardoso project, scheduled for the second half of the year, which will have 29 new homes. The cost of these homes is expected to be around 4,500 euros per square metre, writes Dinheiro Vivo.
In Vila do Conde, the rehabilitation of a palace, Casa Verde, is underway, which will have 24 homes. This project has been on the market since January, and the price per square metre is around 3,200 euros.
These new homes are intended for families, and are mainly 2 and 4 bedrooms. They also have spacious rooms and private outdoor spaces. Besides this, future residents can also count on common areas, such as gyms and multifunctional rooms. In these three projects alone, the developer estimates a turnover of around 50 million euros.

What other residential projects are in the plans for the future?
These are not the only projects Fercopor has planned for Grande Porto. Still for Boavista Avenue, the real estate company wants to build a 17-storey office building designed by architect Manuel Aires Mateus for a construction area of 17,500 square metres (m2), advanced to idealista/news.
In addition, the company hopes to enter the Lisbon market soon, as it advanced in a statement last September. The idea will be to move forward with the marketing of the first development in the capital with 20 new homes, located next to Marquês de Pombal and overlooking Eduardo VII Park.
These residential projects were first included in the plans for 2022, but everything indicates that they have been moved to 2023, according to DV.
