A new luxury real estate project is catching the attention of high-end buyers in Portugal and will be built next to Quinta da Marinha, in Cascais, by the Brazilian company Dona Empreendimentos. The residential development 'Boutique Villas', as it is called, will have 16 luxury villas ranging from 495 to 764 square metres (m2) with swimming pool, private gardens and sea views. Prices start at 3.2 million euros and at least nine of the villas have already been reserved. Let's have a closer look at the most recent luxury villas for sale in Portugal.

"With stunning sea views and unique landscaping, 'Boutique Villas' creates the feeling that your villa is set in a large garden. These are exclusive 4+1 bedroom villas, with functional layout, private pools and gardens, inspired by the boutique lifestyle," reads the statement sent to the press by Porta da Frente Christie’s, responsible for the exclusive marketing.

"We thought about the integration of the environments of the house, with a functional layout, where the balcony is an extension of the living room, the dining area an extension of the kitchen, and everything integrated with a lot of green areas. The landscaping is a highlight, after all Cascais is the meeting of the blue sea with the green of life", explains Antonio Medrado, partner of Dona Empreendimentos, quoted in the same press release, about the luxury houses that will be built in that area.

Rafael Ascenso, general director of Porta da Frente Christie’s, states that "the various differentiating concepts were designed to offer each resident an experience adapted to their requirements, but with a common denominator: living in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery and the sea. "We believe that, due to its quality and differentiation, this is a special and exclusive product," he stresses.

The 'Boutique Villas' will have a private pool and gardens, as well as offering sea views. It is a residential project designed by the Brazilian architect David Bastos, and is located near Casa da Guia, the Guia Lighthouse and the Cascais Cycle path, occupying the last entrance plot to Quinta da Marinha.
