Portugal is home to a new 4 star eco-resort consisting of 55 villas and apartments with 1 to 3 bedrooms (T1 to T3). The White Shell is located in Porches, in the Algarve, and is a project by Vanguard Properties with an investment of 24 million euros. The development is currently being marketed.
Signed by the Saraiva + Associados studio, the White Shell is managed by Amazing Evolution and is configured to "reinforce the concept of community and privacy, with the residences around a central area with a large outdoor pool and indoor heated pool with spa," according to a statement.
White Shell, which is also eligible for those who wish to invest in property through the golden visa scheme, holds a BREEAM® (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) environmental certification. This Portuguese eco-resort is also car-free and includes extensive green areas for leisure and sports, featuring a cafeteria, gym, spa, bar and terrace, outdoor and indoor pools (heated), multi-sports field, a padel tennis court and large green areas. It also includes underground parking with capacity for 62 cars.
