Kronos Homes has completed its largest residential project to date. Located in Lisbon, specifically in Parque das Nações, Distrikt by Kronos represents an investment of over €125 million, with total sales already exceeding €180 million.

Comprising four residential towers, this Kronos development was designed by Morph Estudio and stands out for its clean architectural lines, spacious balconies and large glazed openings that maximise the inflow of natural light. Of the 214 apartments in total, ranging from one- to four-bedroom units, only 10 remain available across all typologies.

The average price of these homes is around €800,000, while the most exclusive penthouse has already been sold for more than €3 million. In addition to the residential units, Distrikt also includes a public car park, extensive landscaped areas and carefully integrated green spaces.

This is Kronos Homes’ largest real estate development ever, both in terms of investment and sales value. “The fact that one of our biggest projects is located in Lisbon is no coincidence – it is part of our Iberian strategy, and the Portuguese capital has always been a key city for Kronos Homes. Distrikt by Kronos reflects our vision of creating innovative and sustainable spaces that add value to cities. In this case, it has been a privilege to contribute to the urban development of Parque das Nações,” said Rui Meneses Ferreira, CEO of Kronos Homes, in a statement.

Morph Estudio CEO César Frías revealed that Distrikt by Kronos is the Spanish studio’s first international project, expressing gratitude to Kronos Homes for the opportunity “to embark on such a rewarding journey, which has already taken us to four continents.” He added that this project “has its own DNA, born from a floor plan rotated 45 degrees, designed to capture the best possible views over the magnetic setting of the Tagus River estuary.”

The Kronos Real Estate Group currently conducts 40% of its activity in Portugal and 60% in Spain. With Distrikt, the group reinforces its commitment to balanced growth across the Iberian Peninsula, focusing on innovative projects that aim to enhance residents’ quality of life and further consolidate the brand as a benchmark in the high-end residential and design segment.
