Methodology

For this study, idealista analysed the absolute average price of houses and apartments advertised on the same street. In order to avoid data distortion, only the streets with a minimum of 10 listings were considered, also eliminating properties that are duplicated. This study only reveals the average price of the street, which does not mean that these are the most expensive properties in each market.
