The Algarve is on the radar of investors and continues to be one of the best places to buy property and live in Portugal. Now, in the latest investment to come to the Algarve area of southern Portugal, Grupo Flow plans to invest around 18 million euros in the restaurant, hotel and nightlife sector in the municipality of Loulé in the Faro district, by next summer. The investment will focus on structures located between the areas of Vilamoura and the well known luxurious destination of Quinta do Lago, two locations on the coast of Loulé. These are the details of this latest Algarve investment

In a statement, Grupo Flow says that the 5.4 million euro investment with the recent opening of a nightlife entertainment venue in Vilamoura, "reinforces confidence in the dynamism of the country's main tourist region". Already in 2020, 2.5 million euros were invested, with the reopening of a space that functions as a bar, restaurant and club in Quinta do Lago, "which was joined this year by chef José Avilez with his brand".

"In addition to these investments, the group has also acquired new spaces next to Vilamoura Marina, (...) reserved for the construction, at the beginning of 2023, of a new fish and seafood restaurant, in an estimated investment of 3 million euros," stated a press note released by the company.

According to that business group and as part of its social responsibility policy, "a high quality space" will be built to serve Vilamoura Sailing Club, and which will function as the club's headquarters, changing rooms and social area for athletes and members.
