New houses in Porto: living in the city in harmony with nature
PREDIBISA

An ambitious residential project hand in hand with nature is about to be born in Porto. Vila Nova Parque, as it is called, is a closed condominium consisting of 13 villas on a plot of land with 2,667 square metres (m2). It is inserted in a rural nucleus, favouring green spaces and guaranteeing privacy and security for future residents.

The villas will be of typology T3 and T4, organised in four groups - A, B, C and D. They have the signature of the architect Rui Livramento, who was concerned in giving an exclusive character to the project, with a modern and sober design, allied to the distinct quality standards and always thinking in sustainability, states PREDIBISA, responsible for the marketing of the enterprise. The real estate promotion of Vila Nova Parque is under the responsibility of Imo4build.

"The architectural project takes into consideration the rural nucleus in which it is inserted and seeks to establish a correct relationship with its surroundings, namely by respecting the height, the materials, the volumetry and the landscaping. The landscaping project foresees large areas of vegetation covering the four groups of houses. Safety, the environmental issue and energy efficiency are also of paramount importance, having adopted sustainable solutions for air conditioning and energy production", explains Rui Livramento.

Ana Jordão, responsible for the promotion of the project at PREDIBISA, highlights the excellent location of the condominium: "The possibility of living in a privileged location (between CLIP - Oporto International School and CUF Hospital), where it is still possible to feel nature and benefit from the proximity to the Porto City Park, makes Vila Nova Parque effectively a condominium designed for family living with security. The privacy and the permanent contact with the green spaces make possible an increasingly exclusive lifestyle in the city of Porto".

The quality of life factor, which is increasingly valued when it comes to real estate projects, is also highlighted by Imo4build: "This is another real estate project where every detail has been carefully thought out, in a permanent challenge to create a product where our clients truly feel the quality of life, whether in the interior environments, particularly in terms of space and thermal and acoustic comfort, whether outside with all the green surroundings, whether in terms of security and energy efficiency".
