New houses in Porto: living in the city in harmony with nature

A new condominium in Porto is to be built in perfect harmony with the rural nucleus where it is located, favouring green spaces.

An ambitious residential project hand in hand with nature is about to be born in Porto. Vila Nova Parque, as it is called, is a closed condominium consisting of 13 villas on a plot of land with 2,667 square metres (m2). It is inserted in a rural nucleus, favouring green spaces and guaranteeing privacy and security for future residents.

The villas will be of typology T3 and T4, organised in four groups - A, B, C and D. They have the signature of the architect Rui Livramento, who was concerned in giving an exclusive character to the project, with a modern and sober design, allied to the distinct quality standards and always thinking in sustainability, states PREDIBISA, responsible for the marketing of the enterprise. The real estate promotion of Vila Nova Parque is under the responsibility of Imo4build.
