Methodology
For this study, idealista analysed the absolute average price of flats and houses advertised in the same street. To avoid distorting the data, only streets with a minimum of 10 listings were considered, and duplicate properties were eliminated. This study only reveals the average street price, which does not mean that they are the most expensive homes in each market.
