The Lux Garden EVO development, located in Faro (the Algarve) is “a private condominium that reflects the perfect fusion of aesthetics and functionality,” according to a statement from the Libertas Group, which is promoting the development. It features 6 floors and 117 apartments, ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms (T1 to T3), and is set to break ground within two years following an investment of €30 million, attracting many investors and buyers.

"With completion expected by the end of 2026, the development, which began marketing just a short time ago and already has an extensive waiting list, is perfect for families, young couples, and investors, offering a new proposition of luxury, comfort, and innovative design. The spacious communal areas, as well as the outdoor spaces, are the hallmark of this private condominium," the statement reads. Construction is expected to begin in early 2025, under the management of Ecoárea, a company within the Libertas Group.

According to the Libertas Group, Lux Garden EVO offers residents a range of amenities, including a modern reception, lounge area, coworking and co-living spaces, a heated saltwater pool, an outdoor amphitheatre, an indoor gym, a sauna, a children’s area, and other facilities.

The Libertas Group highlights that this is a project that “promises to redefine luxury housing standards in the region” and “emerges as an evolution of its predecessor [Lux Garden], combining innovation, sustainability, and contemporary design.”

The architectural project is signed by the TIP office, led by Tiago Palmela, and was “designed to provide residents with a superior quality of life, featuring spacious balconies, leisure areas, and more than 2,000 square metres of landscaped areas,” the company states.

Quoted in the document, architect Tiago Palmela comments that “the buildings share a common concept of a more enclosed exterior, using a play of opaque balconies that allows for control of natural light.”

“For the interior of the condominium, the adopted language is much more permeable, allowing for greater enjoyment of the garden interior and fostering a connection between the buildings,” he adds.

Pascal Gonçalves, director of the Libertas Group, reveals that with the launch of this residential project, Libertas will build around 450 apartments in this area of Faro, which he describes as being in expansion, located near Forum Algarve. “It is rewarding to feel that we have contributed, over the years, to the evolution of the real estate market in Portugal in general, and in the Algarve region in particular, and Lux Garden EVO is a reflection of that,” he concludes.
