Piquet Realty Portugal, a real estate agency specialising in the luxury segment and representing Piquet Realty – the international brand founded around 20 years ago by Brazilian entrepreneur Cristiano Piquet, now based in the US – has announced the start of a new phase of national growth focused on the Algarve. “We are embarking on a new stage of our journey. After consolidating in Lisbon and Cascais, it is now time to expand into the Algarve,” stated Marlos Gonçalves, CEO of Piquet Realty Portugal, in a press release.
According to the statement, the agency’s regional consolidation plan includes opening a local office and assembling a team of qualified professionals to meet the growing demand for exclusive properties in the Algarve. The goal is to surpass €100 million in sales by the end of 2026, expand the team, and establish a leading position in the luxury segment in the Algarve within three to five years.
It is worth noting that Piquet Realty Portugal represents Piquet Realty, founded 20 years ago by Cristiano Piquet, and considered a reference agency with a presence in strategic cities such as Miami, Orlando, and New York. The agency has six years of experience in Portugal and, in the first half of 2025, joined the Porta da Frente Group to strengthen its presence in key locations.
