The Algarve region is witnessing the development, now well underway, of two new boutique projects: Sutaya, in Quinta do Lago, and Azuya, in Ancão. Both are scheduled for completion in 2027, in March and September respectively.

Launched by From:, the new company within the Arrow Global Portugal group, and managed and coordinated by Norfin SGOIC e Serviços, these developments form part of a portfolio that includes destinations such as Palmares Ocean Living & Golf, Tróia, Vilamoura and Vale Pisão, and contribute to the group’s wider strategy to market 2,500 units over three years.

In a statement, Benedita César Machado, Chief Real Estate Sales, Marketing & Communications Officer at Arrow Global Portugal and CEO of From:, emphasises that “these projects embody From:’s ambition to elevate each asset through a clear strategy, a coherent narrative and a fully customer-centred approach”, adding that they “represent the quality and exclusivity we intend to continue bringing to the market”.
