Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa (SCML) is taking properties to auction for the second time this year. On this occasion, the portfolio consists of eight properties located in the capital, Sintra, Almada and Seixal, with a combined valuation of €14.58 million. The public auction is scheduled for 9 July.
In the public auction calendar, Santa Casa de Lisboa clarifies that inquiries can be sent by email until July 1st. The deadline for submitting applications is July 8th. The auction of the properties will take place on July 9th (Thursday) at 10:00 AM in the institution's auction room.

These are the Santa Casa de Lisboa properties that will be auctioned on 9 July, according to its official website:
- Building on Avenida José Malhoa, Campolide (Lisbon): a 14-storey office building with a base sale price of €9,515,000, the highest of all the lots.
Residential building in Santa Maria Maior (Lisbon): a seven-storey property on Rua dos Sapateiros. It includes a shop, five five-bedroom apartments and an attic.
The base price is €1,134,350.
Plot of land in Campolide (Lisbon): located on Rua Leandro Braga, the plot has no existing construction and a gross area of 603 square metres.
It will go to auction with a base price of €1,053,210.
Residential building in the parish of Santo António (Lisbon): a four-storey property on Calçada do Lavra, comprising seven one-bedroom apartments and three three-bedroom units in need of renovation.
The base price is €895,420.
Residential building in the parish of Santa Maria Maior (Lisbon): a four-storey building on Rua de São Mamede. It includes a shop and three one-bedroom apartments requiring full renovation.
The auction base price is €885,843.
Residential building in Almada (Setúbal): located on Praça do Comércio, this four-storey property includes commercial units and six homes of various types (one- to three-bedroom).
The base price is €688,161.
House on Rua das Flores, Sintra: a single-storey two-bedroom house with 214 square metres that requires renovation work.
It will be auctioned with a base price of €287,171.
One-bedroom apartment in Seixal (Setúbal): measuring 53 square metres, located on Praceta João de Barros in Arrentela.
It is listed for auction at €121,025.
This is the second property auction carried out by SCML this year. The first took place in February, when the institution managed to sell eight of the 12 properties on offer, raising around €7 million.
Both public auctions are part of SCML’s Restructuring Plan, which provides for the sale of real estate assets deemed ‘non-essential to the institution’. According to its official website, implementing this measure “will enable the monetisation of SCML assets through strategic management focused on efficiency and rationality, making a fundamental contribution to the recovery of the institution’s assets and strengthening its response in the areas of Health and Social Action.”
