It's called Villa Magna and it's an  eco-resort located in Porches, in the Algarve, made up of 62 flats - with studio and one-bedroom types - located in self-sustainable buildings. At stake is a 25 million euro investment by property developer Livingroup.  

"Following the success of similar projects in other locations, this latest Livingroup project reflects the company's commitment to sustainability, using sustainable construction solutions, thus contributing to greater efficiency in execution time, waste control and environmental impact," the company said in a statement.

According to the property developer, whose mission it says is "to offer lasting, quality experiences, the Villa Magna project incorporates a modern, ecologically conscious approach to the property sector". 

"The development aims to create a harmonious fusion between luxury living and environmental sustainability, providing residents with not just a home, but a lifestyle," reads the note.

Quoted in the document, João Pagani Toscano, CEO of Livingroup, believes that "sustainability should not compromise luxury or comfort", and the Villa Magna eco-resort is testimony to the company's commitment "to innovation in the property sector, providing residents with a unique and responsible lifestyle".
