The Algarve region has yet another fully renovated residential condominium in Carvoeiro. It's called Hibiscus Gardens and is made up of 39 units: eight one- and two-bedroom flats and 31 two- and three-bedroom villas. Marketing prices start at 250,000 euros for a one-bedroom flat and go up to 695,000 euros for a three-bedroom villa.
