Norma Parkinson: Sempre na moda
Cascais’s Cultural Center exhibits 80 photographs that illustrate five decades of Norman Parkinson’s work, a landmark in the world of fashion that immortalised celebrities like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Yves St. Laurent and Queen Elizabeth II.

Olhares Secretos do Parque Nacional Peneda-Gerês
The Iberian wolves, goats, red foxes and beautiful natural sceneries are the stars of this photographic exhibition in Museu da Imagem de Braga. The main artist is Carlos Pontes, who collaborates with National Geographic to give us a fresh and impressive view of the Peneda-Gerês National Parque. Make sure you visit it, specially since it is a free exhibit.

Pose e Variações
This exhibit, at the famous Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, showcases sculptures from two very famous collectors: Calouste Sarkins Gulbenkian, who gives his name to the museum, and Carl Jacobsen, known for being the founder of Carlsberg. There are over 30 art pieces, created by August Rodin (the main artist) and Jean-Antoine Houdon, Aimé-Jules Dalou, Paul Dubois, Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux, Edgar Degas ou Denys-Pierre Puech.

Desenho sem fim
The Centro Internacional das Artes José de Guimarães showcases the work of Rui Chafes, winner of the Prémio Pessoa in 2015. Even though the artist is very well known for his sculpture work, this particular exhibition focuses on his drawings in various structures and with different materials. Delfim Sarfo and Nuno Faria are responsible for curating the show.

Quel Amour!?
The Museu Colecção Berardo has a new exciting exhibit inspired by love. The pieces were created by different artists with different backgrounds, languages and cultures but the common denominator is love.
This powerful feeling has even more strength in the pieces created by artistic couples like Helena Almeida and Artur Rosa, Marina Abramović and Ulay or Axel Pahlavi and Florence Obrecht.

Joan Miró e a morte da pintura
This isn’t the first time Joan Miró has been showcased in the iconic Serralves Museum. If you are a Miró fan you can’t miss this exhibition of 1973 pieces that belong to the Portuguese Government, which have been stored in the museum’s deposit. It was put together by Robert Lubar Messeri, a spanish plastic art specialist.

Over Flow
The Japanese artist Tadashi Kawamata invites you to immerse yourself in an exhibition that focuses on tourism and global ecology. Once you enter the Oval Gallery at the MAAT (Museu de Arte, Arquitetura e Tecnologia), you will be transported to a seaside landscape that shows the aftermath of an imaginary ecological catastrophe. After a year of field research on the Portuguese shore, the installation was set up using plastic residues and boat pieces, recovered during beach cleaning campaigns.
