40% of the apartments have already been sold in the Bayline gated community in the Algarve which should be completed by summer 2022.
The construction of Bayline, a gated community located 30 metres from Praia dos Pescadores, in Armação de Pera (the Algarve), started construction in December 2019, while the marketing of its 256 luxury apartments including 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments (typologies T1, T2 and T3) started in March this year. In just 5 months, the real estate developer Vanguard Properties (VP), which has invested 85 million euros in the project, has sold 40% of the 256 properties, which shows that many houses are still being bought and sold, even in the midst of the cronavirus pandemic.
Bayline, which will be completed in the summer of 2022, "is one of the last 'beachfront' residential projects to be developed in the Algarve and the only one in a closed condominium by the sea, with the lagoons and beach just metres away," said VP in a statement.
This project is the responsibility of a team of designers from Saraiva + Associados that "presents contemporary architecture developed with excellent finishes, terraces and wide exterior ares for a the best use of the views", says the company.
"The condominium offers its residents a wide range of services and leisure areas, including reception with concierge services, a spa, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor pools, two hectares of green spaces and sports fields. Most of the apartments have both sea and lagoon views in a protected natural area about 6km long", reads the document.
According to VP, Bayline presents the BREEAM (Building Reseach Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) environmental certification, a system that assesses the sustainability of construction projects and whose classification is based on 9 factors: management, health and well-being, energy, transportation, materials, waste, water, land use and ecology and pollution.
