Forbes Global Properties has just arrived in Portugal. It focuses on buying and selling luxury properties priced over 7.5 million euros and has chosen Modern to represent it in the Portuguese market.

Created in 2020, Forbes Global Properties, founded and led by the most important international luxury residential brokers, "is an exclusive consortium of top real estate companies that represent many of the best homes and properties for sale around the world", according to the statement sent to the press.

The network is exclusive to guests and represented by real estate agents in 24 countries, in more than 500 locations and comprises more than 17,000 property specialists in the USA, Asia, Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Mexico, the Middle East, New Zealand and Europe.

The luxury property platform showcases some of the best homes in the world. Since the end of 2023, this platform has also included luxury properties in Portugal through Modern.

"I am delighted to welcome Modern to the team now representing Forbes Global Properties in Portugal. As recognised year after year, Modern's top professionals exemplify our commitment to a client-centric service combined with a deep understanding of the luxury market," says Michael Jalbert, CEO of Forbes Global Properties, quoted in the same document.

"We value Forbes Global Properties' extensive global reach and first-rate marketing services. Our membership of this elite network gives our team, and in turn our clients, a unique advantage in the sale of luxury properties," adds Pedro Teixeira Santos, Managing Partner of Modern.
