Príncipe Real, in the heart of Lisbon, is once again the setting for another luxury residential development. The latest project, named Quintinha 54, is the result of the rehabilitation of a building identified on the 1844 Lisbon map, although it was most likely built in the 18th century.
The project has already received its construction permit, and building is set to begin next November, with completion expected in 2026. There will be eight apartments of various types, ranging from one-bedroom units to a penthouse with four bedrooms and a terrace.
All units will include spacious balconies and high-quality finishes. On the ground floor, there will be a three-bedroom apartment with a private garden, and some units will offer views of the River Tagus. A highlight is the outdoor pool, shared by all residents, along with parking facilities.
Designed by Architect Rita Amaro from Atelier Targa, the apartments at Quintinha 54 reflect the glamour of historic buildings, featuring high ceilings, wooden flooring, ornate ceilings, and period details.
Located in Lisbon's most vibrant neighbourhood, on a flat street just steps away from Praça das Flores and São Bento, Quintinha 54 is surrounded by some of the most renowned restaurants in Lisbon, as well as the trendiest retail and leisure brands.
André Riscado, CEO of LX Capital, the company behind the development, stated in a press release that "this is one of the few opportunities to live or invest in Príncipe Real in a historic building, with beautiful interiors and well-designed layouts, quality finishes, and spectacular views over the river, along with the added benefit of a communal pool and parking."
Quintinha 54 is being marketed by Barnes Realty Portugal.
