Maximum efficiency, sustainability, and quality are the driving priorities behind the construction of this exciting new project in the Algarve.
Arcaya, the latest residential development in Vilamoura, Algarve, will be built in a privileged location, nestled within a 68-hectare forest. The first construction phase, due to begin in the coming months, will feature a total of 76 villas alongside a 3,500 square metre clubhouse.
Of the 76 residences, 44 are detached homes (Terracotta, Timber, and Sand Villas) and 32 are townhouses (Sunset Villas), with delivery expected in early 2027. Including the clubhouse, the entire project will cover a total built area of 22,400 square metres.
To ensure the highest levels of efficiency, sustainability, and quality, Arcaya employs industrialised and modular construction methods, significantly reducing build times and environmental impact.
For the development of Arcaya, Bondstone — a private equity firm specialising in property development and asset management in Portugal — signed two memorandums of understanding with strategic partners experienced in delivering high-end residential and tourism projects in the Algarve: Casais – Engenharia e Construção, SA and Carmo Wood. Both companies use off-site manufacturing technology and processes, ensuring superior precision and sustainability.
In a statement, Frederico Pedro Nunes, COO of Bondstone, said: “Signing this MoU marks a pivotal moment in launching the first phase of Arcaya, allowing us to proceed with confidence and strength in executing this landmark project.”
He added, “The expertise and commitment of Casais and Carmo Wood to innovation and sustainability guarantee the delivery of an outstanding product, perfectly aligned with the expectations of our clients and investors.”
This exceptional housing development in Vilamoura is now listed on idealista with prices starting at 1,070,000 euros.
