The Amial district in Porto is set to welcome a major residential project. Currently in the planning and design phase, construction is expected to begin in the final quarter of 2026. The development will comprise more than 400 residential units of various types across an area of around 33,000 square metres (m²).
The project represents an investment of over €140 million and is primarily aimed at families, young professionals, and long-term local residents. The Amial area was chosen for this major development due to its excellent accessibility, range of services, and potential for urban growth.
The acquisition of the land in Amial is the result of a partnership between MOME and Revive, carried out on behalf of the Revive Impact Fund, managed by Revive Fund Management.
“It is with pride that we are collaborating with Revive to deliver a housing solution that meaningfully addresses the city’s needs. We believe the Amial project will become a new benchmark for responsible, community-oriented development in Porto,” said Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and CEO of MOME, in a statement.
Nicolas Bearelle, Executive Chairman of Revive, noted that the partnership with MOME “reflects a shared vision in response to the real and growing demand for quality housing solutions for Portuguese families,” adding that “this project has been designed to provide not just homes, but an integrated, sustainable, and inclusive community.”
Sustainability and community integration will be at the heart of this large-scale residential development.
