Located next to two of Lisbon’s largest green areas, the development, currently listed on idealista, places strong emphasis on sustainability. It holds AQUA+ Certification, includes photovoltaic panels and features equipment designed to improve water and thermal efficiency.
In the private parking area, future residents will also find pre-installation for electric vehicle charging, underlining its environmental focus.
The scheme also includes a bicycle park and generous landscaped outdoor areas with artistic interventions by sculptor Rui Matos.
