It is called Joivy and is defined as "the first multi-purpose residential platform in Europe that combines long and short-term residential solutions with a wide range of services for owners and investors". These services include comprehensive asset management, design and construction services and support for property investments, for example.
At stake is a brand/new identity born from the union of DoveVivo, ALTIDO and Chez Nestor, which presents itself as having "a complete range of solutions in the property sector". The aim is to "simplify the complexity of the fragmented and constantly evolving market with a positive and future-orientated approach," he said in a statement.
"The new platform brings together the expertise of leading companies in the coliving, short-term rental and student accommodation segments, combining the experience acquired, available resources and project management, which allows for a unique offer in the European residential market. On the one hand, Joivy offers a wide range of counselling and management services to owners or potential owners and, on the other, a wide range of flexible spaces for those looking for short, medium and long-term accommodation," says Joivy.

Quoted in the note, Valerio Fonseca, CEO and co-founder of DoveVivo, emphasised that the "launch of Joivy represents a significant moment and a fundamental turning point in the company's history". "With Joivy, we are finally presenting ourselves as a single group at international level, exclusive on the European scene, as well as the favoured partner for those who operate or wish to invest in housing," he adds.
In this new format, the group presents solutions for the various market segments, including owners and investors, offering complete and effective asset management to optimise income, but also for guests, with a service that is able to support them at any stage of life, with accommodation available for a few days, months or even a year, the company explains.
According to Thomas Archer, Joivy's country manager in Portugal, the company offers "diversified residential solutions". "For Portugal, this is a need that has been growing with demand outstripping supply when it comes to housing. We want to simplify the property market by presenting a range of services in a single company that seeks to fill this need. We are the ideal partner for anyone looking for a housing solution," he emphasises.

How does Joivy "help" owners, investors and guests?
The company manages individual flats as well as buildings and urban regeneration projects. With the Design & Construction service, it supports the design, renovation and furnishing of properties with a clear focus on sustainability and environmental impact, he explains, stressing that these aspects are important for reducing operating costs and, consequently, increasing value in the medium and long term.
At the same time, "it guides private and institutional investors through the real estate investment process, with the aim of making it simpler, clearer and more accessible, and maximising returns in the short, medium and long term," he explains.
In the case of guests, Joivy adds that it allows "whatever the reason for travelling", anyone to have "easy access to a wide and comprehensive range of housing solutions - coliving, micro-living, student accommodation, short-term stays, multi-family accommodation - capable of responding to different needs in terms of time and lifestyle". At the same time, "it offers the advantages of an international community and numerous extra services (coworking, events, etc.)," he concludes.
