Once a typical but neglected Portuguese house, we renovated it from the ground up to regain its former glory but with some tasteful contemporary twists. The emphasis is on space and natural light, with contemporary design touches mixed with carefully sourced vintage furniture and decoration. This is the apartment I always dreamed of designing and owning.

Each piece of furniture has a unique story, sourced first hand from markets all over Portugal and Europe and placed within a contemporary chic setting. This place feels like home, because I designed it to be mine. : )

Located on the 4th floor (be aware that typical Portuguese also means no elevator), it offers beautiful views throughout, including of the São Jorge Castle.

The kitchen is fully equipped (we’re talking yoghurt maker included) and there is a large dining table to host everyone. Just outside the kitchen, a lovely balcony turned interior garden lets the light in and makes for the perfect breakfast spot.

- 2-3 months: €6,650
- 4-6 months: €5,800
- 7-11 months: €5,650
- 12+ months: €5,450

Terms and conditions:
- Minimum stay: one month
- Deposit: one month’s rent, payable at signing
- First and last month's rent, payable at signing
- Utilities: charged monthly, based on consumption
- Cleaning and other services: available upon demand
- Move-in assistance: €35, available upon demand
- Registered contract available for Visa and other admin purposes.
