Monthly availability: from 1st of October 2026 to end of May 2027 (possibility to extend to June 2027)

The house is integrated into the Train Station Villa project (check us on Airbnb if you want). This project includes the rehabilitation of the station buildings located in Mexilhoeira Grande. We have 3 private houses next to each other.

Ideal for: people who want to live in a co-living project or families who want to rent more than one house. The houses have the same size, only their decoration varies a little. The outdoor area is common to all three houses. Please see the description for more details.

Characteristics of each house:

Country House (1 Bedroom - for a couple) located next to the Mexilhoeira Grande Train Station, area between Alvor and Lagos (Algarve).

House Features:
- Independent / private house
- 1 double bedroom
- Equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, hob and extractor fan, dishes, pans and basics) - no microwave;
- 1 spacious bathroom;
- Heating: portable gas heating and
- Air conditioning (Living room)
- Wifi: Starlink
- Monthly bills: water and electricity are included; Internet; access to the laundry;

Outside: shared area with 4 more houses
- Outdoor dining table with capacity for more than 12 people;
- Lounge: common living area;

Laundry
- Common laundry with 2 washing machines (no dryer);
- Clothesline with covered area

Surroundings:
- Village of Mexilhoeira Grande (5 to 7 min walk): has supermarkets, bank, post office, pharmacy, stationery shop, restaurant, etc;
- Sale of vegetables and fruits (2min walking distance);
- Farms and Associations: Association "A Rocha" where they make excursions to observe species of birds (flamingos), volunteering and other activities / Farms with horses etc;
- Hypermarkets: Odiáxere, Portimão or Lagos: 7 to 10min by car

- Limit of people: 2 adults (not suitable for children);

- Entrance payment: security deposit €350 security deposit (returned at the end if the house keeps everything as it was delivered);

Animals: 95% do not accept animals.
To accept animals, they must be small or medium-sized; trained, calm and friendly dogs that do not bark;

NOTE:
The house is integrated into the Train Station Villa project (check us on Airbnb). The train that passes next to the houses is a small, traditional train and the noise of the train passing is between 4 to 6 seconds (the feedback we have from other guests is that they don't feel bothered). The train does not pass during the night. The station itself is a 2-minute walk from the houses, so residents have the advantage of traveling to the beach (Meia Praia) 5 minutes by train and Lagos or Portimão 10 minutes by train;
