I am renting my cozy two-bedroom flat located at Alameda, central Lisbon, in JULY and AUGUST ONLY It features one living room with veranda, one single and one double room, large corridor, very large and super bright kitchen, as well as full bathroom.
The flat is originally from 1910, but it is very looked after. It is fully furnished and equipped with iron, fridge, washing machine, hair dryer, bed clothes, towels, etc.
It is located 5 minutes walking from the metro stop Arroios or 10 minutes walking to Alameda - you can walk virtually to anywhere in the city in 25/30 minutes - downtown, Avenidas Novas (new neighbourhoods in Lisbon), Foundation Calouste Gulbenkian, Culturgest (cinema) or the train in Roma, which will take you to the beaches at the south of Lisbon.
Available in July and August only. I can rent the two months separately or together. Not available for less than one month, two persons in the flat only. Non-smokers, no pets [allergies], no kids [issues with noise with the neighbours, sorry].
