The Portuguese rental market is very susceptible to fraud. I am willing to verify my identity and ownership of the house, as well as make a video tour on a live call. I will not ask for money before you visit the place and we sign the contract. Be aware anyone asking for money in advance is a scammer!

This house is my own main residence, so I look after it very well, and it's not some investment property with a cheap greedy landlord. I will be away from Portugal for some time, and looking for someone who will appreciate the house as much as I do.

Utilities+fiber optics connection are included in price up to a ceiling of 250 Euros per month.
The contract will be filed with Financas by law.
I have a lot of experience being both a tenant and landlord and I'm looking for someone decent, respectful, and responsible, which are my values as well.

Perfect for young couples with kids, digital nomads, or surfers/kitesurfers and surf camps - the water is 20 steps away!

Unique property in the beautiful town of Figueira da Foz, at the edge of town - peace, quiet, nature and ocean, but still a short walk or drive from town.

One of the closest houses to the water on the Atlantic coast, literally steps away, and beautiful sunsets from the balcony.

The house has 3 floors:
1st floor: fully equipped modern kitchen, 1 WC, fully furnished living room, small balcony/terrace.
2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms furnished with double beds, night tables, bookshelves, wardrobes, a table, a chair, and Patio furniture for the balcony. 1 bathroom with a bath and WC.
3rd floor: Bedroom with double bed, a nice balcony, 1 shower and WC, and a storage room.
The floor can get chilly in winter, be aware, bring warm slippers!
