Room inserted in an apartment with excellent conditions (fully furnished and equipped) located in the area of Bessa Leite, very close to several faculties located in Campo Alegre and several points of commerce both on Avenida da Boavista and in Lordelo do Ouro (Mc Donalds, banks, local cafes and restaurants, laundries etc).
Spacious room with a double bed and furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and a TV.
The apartment has a private outdoor terrace where it is possible to smoke and hang out clothes. The living room, kitchen, pantry, sunroom, terrace and bathroom (separated into 2 divisions, one of which is specifically intended for showers) will be shared areas.

Note: water and electricity expenses are not included, which must be paid separately, based on monthly consumption.
