Arrendamento de quarto na Rua Holbeche Castelo Branco, 18

Available 1th December - 31th March

Hello everyone!

I live in a 3 rooms apartment and Im renting two rooms for somebody that loves cats The apartment is completely renovated and decorate with taste. It has a beautiful terrace and outside area for long breakfast during sunny days.

Looking for somebody calm, clean, respectful and independent. It’s a familiar building, so it’s not possible to make parties or events in the apartment.

Also, it’s very important that you love cats, because the boss of the house loves cuddles.

About the apartment: it has 2 rooms, one big saloon, 1 bathroom and external area with swimming pool and barbecue. It’s a small paradise close to the center of Costa da Caparica. It’s just 5 minutes by walking until the beach. Plenty of markets and stores around.

Don’t hesitate if you want to visit the place. For more information contact WhatsApp

Beijinhos!
