Hello everyone!

I'm looking for 1 roommate starting from December 1st for a comfortable and sunny apartment in Costa da Caparica, just a 2-minute walk from the ocean! The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and is located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator.

The room is available for both short and long-term stays (min. 2 months) at a rate of €400 per month, plus a €400 deposit/second month; bills are not included (electricity, water, internet). The room comes with a double bed and a window, the kitchen is fully equipped and the atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and very comfortable.
