The villa on the ground floor has a nice living/dining area with patio doors leading out to the gardens and terraces - The terrace has outdoor seating facilities so you can watch the sunsets over the Berlenga islands.  The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and there is a social bathroom also on this floor. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and balcony, plus two bedrooms with two single beds in each.  The second bedroom also has a terrace which offers stunning ocean views.
