Arrendamento de quarto na Rua de São João da Praça, 96

Hi everybody,

I am living in the heart of Lisbon, right next to the church of Zé with three other flatmates (one couple and a woman) as well as a beautiful dog in an apartment from the 19th century, typically Lisbon.

Originally I shared this apartment with my fiancé, however, by now we both finished our studies and go independently on travel, whereof my room will be free form now, until October or potentially longer.

The house is equipped with two bathrooms, one has a bathtub and natural lightening, there is a great living room and a kitchen with an island and all supplies (we are not a shared apparent where we all live aside) as well as we all share a studio and have a guest room, in case friends or family stays over. However, what gives the worth of the house is clearly art; being with artists, having a studio to work in the center of Lisbon!

Currently there is the main couple in the house; which is French and them two are artists. Just recently moved in the third flatmate; a German. Generally, as we are artist, we think for the time that our house is filled with other people it might be of sense, if you are an artist, a creative, too.
The 690 euro rent is the full rent, including all expenses.
