NOTE
The house is part of the Train Station Villa project.
The train that passes next to the houses is a small, traditional train. The noise lasts approximately 3 seconds, and feedback from residents confirms it is not disturbing.
The train does not run during the night.

The station is a 2-minute walk, offering easy access to:
• Meia Praia beach — 5 minutes by train
• Lagos — approx. 15 minutes
• Portimão — approx. 10 minutes
