Each three-storey home unfolds across nearly 200 square metres, connected by a private lift and calibrated for contemporary living. At its centre, a dramatic double-height living space anchors the home, where open-plan interiors and steel-framed windows soften the boundary between inside and out. Light moves easily through the space, tempered by cement-finished walls and the warm tactility of Microlime Plus flooring.

A sculptural staircase leads to a mezzanine that hovers above the living area, suited to a reading snug, studio or home office. On the same level, a generous suite offers privacy and a sense of calm.
